Job Description
- Coordinate and administer all paper flow within the Department to ensure salary and allowances are captured correctly and timely for monthly payment.
- Ensure overtime work is checked and verified against the duty roster.
- Ensure statutory requirement – EPF, SOCSO & Personal Tax is in accordance with regulations and submitted to authority on a timely manner.
- Assist in communication of key messages to all staff. Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
- Prepare team member’s cost, monthly payroll cost, and other management reports as required after closing.
Qualifications
experience as HR Executive minimum 3 years
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
