JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs HR duties and task (mainly on payroll)
• Using payroll and time attendance system to calculate/edit/control the salary, leave, attendance and other HR info of the employees
• Preparing payroll reports which requested by A/C Department
• Maintains employee database records.
• 处理人事事务(主要为薪资处理)
• 运用薪资及值勤系统来计算/修改/控制薪资,假期,出席记录及其他与人事有关的员工资料
• 准备会计部所需之薪资报表
• 员工资料库记录

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary/SPM, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
• 应征者需至少拥有SPM文凭
• 至少拥有1年的相关领域工作经验
• 熟悉电脑操作,擅长网上资讯搜寻,机动性,沟通能力强,能与各部门阶层人士与外来人士合作
• 需对保密事项高度敏感
