Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Performs HR duties and task (mainly on payroll)
- Using payroll and time attendance system to calculate/edit/control the salary, leave, attendance and other HR info of the employees
- Preparing payroll reports which requested by A/C Department
- Maintains employee database records.
- 处理人事事务(主要为薪资处理)
- 运用薪资及值勤系统来计算/修改/控制薪资,假期,出席记录及其他与人事有关的员工资料
- 准备会计部所需之薪资报表
- 员工资料库记录
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary/SPM, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
