Job Description:- Building a stable and solid HR foundation with well-defined HR processes that is capable of executing at a high level every day.
- Develop compensation and rewards strategies, as well as employee benefit programs (eg health coverage) that attract and retain talent.
- Creating employee job descriptions, conduct performance evaluation and appraisal.
- Manage and maintain the employee record database (talent’s work history, qualifications, performance appraisal results, salary information and attendance record)
- Ensuring the understanding, compliance and enforcement on company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations by all employees as well as to assist in conducting disciplinary action when necessary.
- Assist decision maker to develop work force planning and management strategies as well as proposal for future hiring needs.
- Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required, and on boarding process based on criteria and guideline.
- Conduct employee development initiatives (ie employee orientation, on-the-job training, training courses, or educational opportunities)
- Develop and execute talent career growth process.
- Manage panel clinic and staff medical claim reimbursement.
- Plan and organize Company events and program to foster employee engagement and promote positive work culture.
- HR Generalist
- Minimum working experience 2-3 years in any industry.
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- 1 year contract
- Will be based in HQ, Klang
- People-oriented, good working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions.
- RESULT ORIENTED person who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to quickly adapt to changing conditions.
