In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage full cycle of search and recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks and the job offer process to ensure successful placement of candidates
- Plan and manage the job posting via internal postings, social media, referrals and other channels
- Involve extensively in recruitment activities for Service Technician in Klang Valley
- Assist in coordinating for an internship program such as undergraduate training placement subject as and when required
- Involve in HR Special projects as and when assigned by Superior
- Assist in managing HR related reports on monthly / ad-hoc basis
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Degree in Business Studies/Administration/other fields
- Min. 2 years of similar experience
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and local market knowledge
- Team player, self-initiative, dynamics, independent, resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to handle high volume of recruitment headcount
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and be highly motivated
- Autonomous and thrive on challenges
- Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
- Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status
Highly Desirable:
- Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
- Ability to do multitasking job
- Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
- Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication.
