Job Title: HR Generalist
Requirements: Construction background
Salary: $50-60k
Location: Anaheim, CA

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage benefit and compensation plans
  • Aid in hiring and talent acquisition
  • Conduct onboarding of new employees and assist in planning training and development programs
  • Keep paper and electronic personnel files and records current
  • Accounts receivable, billings, etc.

What You Need for this Position

  • 5+ yrs experience as an HR generalist
  • Knowledge of basic human resources rules and practices
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws (preference for CA laws expertise)
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience with HRIS systems, such as UKG
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
