What You Will Be Doing
- Manage benefit and compensation plans
- Aid in hiring and talent acquisition
- Conduct onboarding of new employees and assist in planning training and development programs
- Keep paper and electronic personnel files and records current
- Accounts receivable, billings, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ yrs experience as an HR generalist
- Knowledge of basic human resources rules and practices
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws (preference for CA laws expertise)
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with HRIS systems, such as UKG
- Bachelor's degree in related field
