About the team: The LifeCycle Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities: - Receive and optimally respond to service inquiries and requests with timely, accurate, and professional replies while managing multiple contact channels and dynamic work. - Provide insight, first-line support for all routine employee inquiries, and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in support of HR processes. - Supports Regional HR Centers with summarizing business usage of HR processes, pain points, and knowledge gaps. - Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update HR on service BOT knowledge base, Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices and promoting the establishment and update of the human-consulting service knowledge base. - Responsible for the maintenance and management of HR consulting work orders, and conduct analysis, prepare surveys, statistics , present data findings and inspection regularly. - Be hands on the HRIS Systems and process employee certificates though the system. - Complete all other reasonable tasks as assigned time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or other relevant fields. - Minimum of 1 -2 years of full-time experience in human resources, familiar with the HRIS systems and On Calls / Service desks. - Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and multicultural environment to handle multiple, competing priorities, and short deadlines. - Strong collaborative partnership skills to ensure the effective resolution of inquiries. - Excellent learning ability, careful and patient, and with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility. - Must be tech oriented to handle multiple HRIS platforms.
