Job description
Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with the recruitment and payroll processes
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that assigned by management
Requirement:
- candidates must possess at least a degree in business management, human resource
- Preferably 1 or more years of relevant HR experience
- Familiar with factory environment
- Ability to work in a team, including multi-departmental teams, strong organizational and meticulous with good communication, inter-personal skills
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel
