Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, develop, coordinate and evaluate technical, non-technical and self/career development training for all employees.
  • To update and keep record of individual training and liaise with all Departments Head in Training Needs Analysis.
  • Purposes annual training plans based on the TNA and coordinate/implement the training programs upon approval.
  • Liaise with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) on related matters and ensure that all HRD Corp-claimable programs are reimbursed accordingly.
  • To carry out post-training assessment in the workplace.
  • Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal and external pasties to enable smooth delivery of the training course.
  • Maintain and update all training materials in line with latest operations development and employee training records.
  • To assist production team for new operator training at production.
  • To update all employees personal training record from time to time.
  • To assist in daily HR & Administration day-to-day job.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
