- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as recruitment, probation, compensation & benefits, payroll, training & development, employee relations and industrial relations. - Issuing letter offer and contract of services. - Revise job description for all management according to assigned department. - To assist and participate in Annual Performance review, Annual Salary Increment and Bonus. - Handle all HR matters, labour disputes, grievances & misconduct, including issuing of warning letter, termination letter, etc. - To maintain up to date and accurate employee data and records to Personnel Files. - To assist buy air ticket request by management or director. - To arrange meeting request by management and record minutes of meeting. - General admin task and ad-hoc assignment as assigned. REQUIREMENTS** - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. - Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English - At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Must be Computer literate - Well verse in Labour Law, Industrial Relations Act and any other Law and Act abide by Malaysian Government. - Possess own transport and willing to travel to authorities when needed. - Resourceful, independent and able to work under pressure. - Possess positive work attitude, strong work ethic and well organized. - Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned.
