Position summary (General Purpose):

Responsible for the Human Resource and Safety/Environmental functions. Work to achieve business goals as well as maintaining a positive associate relations climate. Increase company profitability by reducing losses from all types of incidents and legal noncompliance issues. Staffing, LOA Administrator, Unemployment, Evaluation process.

Qualifications (Basic Knowledge, skills, and abilities):

· 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist responsibilities

· 4 Year degree (preferred)

· Previous supervisory experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of HR labor laws (state & federal)

Primary Position responsibilities:

· Development/Tracking HR/EHS Business Plan

· Development/Tracking HR/EHS Capital & Expense Budget

· Policy development, enhancement and implementation

· Human resource management/associate relations/work environment/safety.

· Staff development and training

· Facilitate Company QCD Activities

· Facilitate Company Training Activities

· Assist with year-end evaluation preparation/bonus

· Manage Unemployment Claims & Attend Hearings

· Assist with staffing planning & filling open positions (interviews)

Essential Job Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist

· 2+ years Human Resources Management & EH&S experience

· General knowledge of Human Resource Management issues.

· Leadership Skills

· Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Good working knowledge of TriMold Policies and Procedures

· Must be able to maintain confidential information
