• Talent recruitment & team building- Utilize various channels to recruit the brightest talents and assists in the development of a new vibrant team
• Payroll Processing - Monthly preparation & timely completion of full spectrum of payroll in liaison with HQ
• Coordinate and organize all statutory contribution payments and liaison with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
• Staff ongoing training and development - Conduct employee training and development routinely whilst keeping them motivated
• Consistent application & enforcement of company’s policy- Drafting new and amending existing policies.
• Reports directly to HQ in Sydney
• General administrative tasks as required
