Job Description:

Maintain HR operational documents
Identify hiring need and determine job requirements
Perform job advertising, sourcing and screening of candidates, conduct interview, running background checks on potential candidates, facilitating pre-interview assessment
Conduct background reference check
Prepare hiring proposal
Preparation of offer letter and brief new hire on the employment terms & conditions
Ensure the new hire's personal file with necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Process industrial training applications and prepare correspondence letters
Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances by provide advice or counselling or take disciplinary action in accordance with company policies and regulation
Assist in liaising with local authorities for statutory regulations and labor-related matters
Support in other general administrative tasks for employee welfare/ HR operations
Assist in other daily HR Operations matters as and when required.
Prepare monthly/ weekly reports and perform analysis on the HR related matters.
Ensure the compliance of Company handbook and policies.
Maintain employee records according to policy requirements in an accurate and timely basis.
New staff training
To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Preferably 1 - 2 years working experiences. However fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable
Excellent knowledge on Labor law
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
Possess own transport
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Positive thinker, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities
Willing to travel, when required
