Recruitment
Responsible for overall company recruitment matters.
Develop and execute recruiting strategy to maintain an effective pool of candidates
To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / flyers / colleges / career fair etc.
Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.
Conduct preliminary phone screening with prospective candidates and short list the candidates
Conduct interviews, screen potential candidates, carry out job matching between candidates and requirements.
Negotiate salaries and manage joining and deployments of hired candidates.
Follow-up and finalize employment arrangements.
Partially involve in foreign workers matter.
General
From time to time generate ideas and programs on specific HR aspects and propose to the management.
To check and to arrange settlement of invoices from suppliers or companies HR deals with.

Diploma / Degree holder in any field.
Possess 1 year and above of experience in recruitment field (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply too).
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (eg: Excel, Word, Power Point).
