RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Partner

• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational Human Resources issues including employment legislation.
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Provides effective and efficient talent acquisition and retention support.

Recruitment

• Execution of recruitment plan and activities for all levels including screening candidates, conducting interview, preparing salary proposal and communicating with Hiring Manager, negotiate and communicating offer acceptance.
• To monitor, track and report hiring and headcount.
• To collaborate in hiring programs to retain employees.

Expatriate Management

• Liaise with government bodies on expatriate related matters such as Immigration for new work permit/ professional visit pass application, renewal and termination.
• To be in charged of expatriate’s yearly performance appraisal.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years Human Resources Operations experience preferably as HR generalist and expatriate management in Manufacturing Industry
• Good written and oral communication in English.
