We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions with our business objectives and needs to ensure a highly robust and effective workforce that can support the day-to-day business functions and also organizational growth. He/she will be required to have a close partnership with the various stakeholders in the organization.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of the education industry and is comfortable working in an early childhood environment.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in progressive organisations with experience in managing the full spectrum of HR function.

• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s labour law and HR best practices, including payroll and the required contributions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong leader that is competent in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company with focus on good team work.
• People oriented and highly enthusiastic with strong desire to develop an engaged and motivated workforce.

Job Description

• Plan and manage the full spectrum of HR function in the organization. This includes payroll, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, and managing employee wellness initiatives to support the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop, implement and review HR policies, practices and procedures to support day-to-day business operations.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Ensure staffing needs are met through skilful planning and collaboration with partners through recruitment campaigns and career talks to hire suitable recruits that will be a good fit to the company’s ‘dramatically different’ culture.
• Support the Management team to achieve organizational goal.
• Position is based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
