Requirement:
- Fresh graduate from Logistic/Business Administration/International Business background.
Responsibilities:
- Check incoming stock in system, advise treatment to 3PL if there is any non-conformance item receive. In some situations, need to perform manual receiving in system.
- To update shipment receiving in supplier system.
- Check new incoming shipment, print out supplier invoice and send pre-alert to service provider.
- Monitor duty payment from 3PL to customs broker (Float management).
- Create shipment in system and monitor delivery from local supplier.
- Follow up status with customs on duty drawback application.
- Prepare shipping document for domestic shipment to East Malaysia.
- Download and monitor e-certificate for new item.
- Coordinates and organizes original customs documents (K1, K3 etc.) for filing.
- Send container delivery planning (after discussing with supply chain team) to service provider.
