Your new company- A shared service center, a subsidiary of a well-established financial institution, is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Ensure the highest standard of service delivery by identifying and handling customer inquiries completely and accurately on personalized phone services to our customers.
- Resolves customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Educates the customer about the Bank’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help.
- Enters and completes accurately the necessary documentation like customer data, customer complaints, issues, and subsequent solutions.
- A recognized Diploma/Degree from any field/background.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience for Diploma holder, Bachelor Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English) with a CAN-DO attitude.
- Proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Call Center, Banking, or Customer Service environment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holiday to support 24x7 Call Center service operations.
- There will be six (6) months of training for you to grow your knowledge base and skills before you get started!
