Job description

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
• Candidate must be well versed in colour shade formulating i.e. develop ink formulas to achieve particular pantone codes.
• Have Hands on experience of ink dispensing using automated ink dispenser.
• Provide required ink to respective department in timely manner
• Ensure diligent use of resources used in ink making and maintain mass balance of the same by reporting on monthly basis
• Liaise with maintenance to ensure machine condition is maintained.
• Ensure no downtime in production due to ink related concerns.
• Ensure no wastage is generated due to ink shade not matching or adhesion issues.
• Product quality is maintained in line with expectations of the business.
• Conduct regular training of staff on GMP & Technical requirements of the business.
• Ensure all department's cleanliness & safety for operation is maintined day in day out
• Ensure no damage to company property or waste of resources provided by company is done by any staff.
• Liaise with HR promptly on staff disciplinary matters to ensure level of discipline is maintained.
• Liaise with with QA to ensure all procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
• Liaise with Safety Officer to ensure all procedure are implemented and maintained at all times.
• With reference to continuous improvement policy of the business, initiate projects to maximize use of resources, reduce energy consumption & prolong life of process consumables.
