We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative with experience in marketing as well as knowledge of manufacturing and blueprint reading.

Ideal candidates are resilient, have strong interpersonal skills, and can successfully build relationships over the phone. This role requires candidates to be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain client retention & expansion
• Lead marketing efforts to increase awareness of products and services offered
• Receive, process, and schedule purchase orders
• Process and routinely follow up on quotes
• Achieve a technical understanding of the product line

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented & highly organized
• Ability to multitask and share work among a team
• Marketing & inside sales experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to use mathematical reasoning

Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
