Our client is one of the top insurance providers of auto and garage liability insurance, as well as a few other kinds of insurance policies. We are searching for a diligent Insurance Account Analyst to join our client's main location, located in North Hollywood.

Responsibilities:

As the Account Analyst, you will be responsible for administrating our client's insurance programs and policies for their insured customers. You will be assisting the Producer and Service Teams in serving insured needs.

This includes anything from:

  • Issuing Certificates when necessary
  • Overseeing and reviewing the Resource Pro procedures
  • Issuing bonds,
  • Answering carrier policy questions
  • Working on other special projects as needed
  • Taking care of renewals: preparing the Master Application at least 120 days before the policy expires, preparing the renewal submissions, and following up withrequests from underwriters.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 5 pm. Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Our client will require you to have your insurance license to perform this position. Preferably, you already have one. But, if you do not, our client is open to having you get certified after you get hired. You must be open to doing this to be considered.

Here is what we are going to be looking for in your candidacy:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of working in the Insurance field, preferably, in Auto Insurance.
  • You have an understanding of Insurance Coverage and Exposures of the Franchise Auto Dealers
  • You either have a Fire or Causality Broker Agent License, or you are willing to get one upon being hired at this position.
  • You know how to take care of Errors and Omissions, working with the F&I department from the dealer
  • Preferably, you know how to deal with Workers' Compensation.
  • You are highly organized and can deal with multiple projects at once
  • You focus on getting projects done in a timely manner.
