In this role, youll learn to navigate the client lifecycle through initiating conversations, identifying needs, building strong relationships, and closing business. You will have uncapped payincluding a salary, monthly and annual bonuses and recognition that Includes worldwide travel.
Sign on Bonus: $5,000 Up to $6,000 Exterior Sign Branding Up to $6,000 in Annual Marketing Spend
Salary Range: $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Sell and Solicit Farmers Products
- Actively Market in the community
- Service and grow your Book of business
- Educate clients on Insurance
- Great attitude and behavior
- Motivate and lead your Team to achieve sales goals
- Use a computer based customer relationship management system to sell, service and follow up with customers.
- Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products
- Establish client relationships and provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
- Ensure that all quotes, procedures and practices are compliant with Agency and Farmers expectations
- Work independently and with mentoring/coaching
