Job Summary:
Intake Support Specialist duties include assisting with patient intake support, patient engagement and coordination of care with internal and external providers for the behavioral health program.
Job Qualifications:
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of previous experience in a customer service field or doing data entry. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Understanding of behavioral health and substance use disorders helpful
- Medical office experience preferred.
