Responsibilities

• Attending to clients transaction or servicing requests via inbound calls

• Provide personalized service of the highest level

• Handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions and unintentional disconnects

• Maintain prescribed quality levels and to convey right information to the clients
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous

Requirements

• Graduate / Under graduate with minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English

• Basic computer skills

RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month + (additional allowances) + (incentives)
