Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Provide help desk & system support to users
- Checking total sales via telegram
- Create automation using the platform provided by the company
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Meet the above requirements, and be able to work at Monday-Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
