Job Description & Job Specification for

Position: Internship for Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Students

Report to: Manager

Key Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient mode of operations on manufacturing machines and tooling
b. To learn and support continuous improvement process, development process and design workflows to minimize unnecessary stoppages and breakdown
c. Investigating the process and defects caused by machines and identify ways to improve
d. Provide support and ensure production & quality issues are resolved
e. Exposure on performing technical research and develops solutions to engineering problems
f. Take part in the weekly maintenance programs which normally take place during weekend
g. Any related task to be assigned by Superior which is still under basic operational needs


Academic Qualifications:

a. Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
b. Duration of 3 to 6 months internship. Internship + Attendance allowance will be provided
c. Committed and good attendance record
d. High responsibility and eye for details
e. Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
f. No prior experience required and willing to work in Shah Alam
