You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)
Supporting the coordination of new hire orientations and other administration tasks.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
3 months / 6 months internship programme
