Responsibilities
- Assist to maintain and enhance Human Resources by implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, recruitment, programs & activities, and practices to ensure smooth operation. Focus on HR Administrative. Assist in ad hoc duties as and when assigned
- Assist to manage the full functions of HR Admin
- Assist to manage entire recruitment process cycle
- Assist to ensure the compliance of Company Handbook & Policies is terms on Employee Benefit's & entitlement.
- Assist to manage & monitoring insurance claim, insurance member update (new joiner/ resignee).
- Assist with internal & external training arrangement.
- Assist the sport club & it's activities host by the team member, ensure employee welfare & engagement is taken care of assigned BU
