Job Summary
Our Inventory Ops Manager will manage our inventory control functions to meet our financial and business objectives. This is a Monday thru Saturday position. You will be leading put-aways, replenishments, and inventory teams to improve fill rate, forecasts, lead times, in stock, and accuracy. You will also be controlling inventory budgets, risks, shrink, and will drive excellence in product availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee an inventory control team of 9-11 team members; including fulfillment, replenishment, inventory transfer activity, aged inventory reduction, and inventory turns.
- Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and resolve daily inventory issues such as (negative quantities, wrong counts, receiving, and excess inventory.)
- Drive in-stock, productivity, zoning/stocking, accurate transfers and put-aways and more.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to inventory analysts and present opportunities for career growth and development.
- Improve inbound performance by collaborating and strengthening relationships with vendors.
- Build and maintain partnerships with various departments to align inventory system controls with business objectives.
Skills/Experience Required
- 3+ years of inventory operations management experience for a large showroom.
- Must be proficient in WMS systems, technology, project management tools, and more.
- Must have experience building sustainable processes, SOPs, and handle issues.

Work Hours
Monday-Friday: 7-4pm
Saturday: 7am-3pm
