Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

o At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

o Required Skill(s): System Administration / IT Support / IT Network Administration

o Preferably Mid to Senior Executive specialized in IT Administration with relevant experience.

Responsibilities :
o To provide IT support for all IT related issues.

o Build and install PCs, laptops, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) in accordance with department standards.

o Support existing IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configurations, system access security, email administration and application administration.

o Supporting Microsoft365, MS Office Suite and Teams.

o Ability to provide configure and support and troubleshooting for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall.

o Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, virus protection, and email security

o Provide regular data and system backup and perform disaster recovery operations when needed.

o Maintaining IT assets and software license – control, update, maintain and record the log.

o To manage ,maintain ,upgrade and involve in new IT implementations.
