Job description
ERP System and Implementation
- Lead, drive and own the functional work steam, from design and set up through to testing and finalizing functional specs.
- Oversee/execute the system's configuration.
- Participate in every aspect of the implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization, including the project management and accounting support team.
- Document business requirements, process, actions and solution description.
- Facilitate the end-user(s) decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
- Perform business and process analysis including documenting ‘as-is' and ‘to-be' solutions as part of detailed scoping documents.
- Analyze and evaluate information collected from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and interpret and synthesize high-level information into details for general understanding.
- Develop documented business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, and design documentation.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide timely status updates.
- Notify management of any issues or target-date dependencies.
Infrastructure and Facilities
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, coordinate and enforce systems, policies and procedures
- Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
