Responsibilities
.
Troubleshoot issues with computer applications and provide support to all staffs in IT related matters.
.
Resolve and troubleshoot computer hardware or software issues including support and installation
.
Creating and developing devices, sensors and software including researching, testing and documenting IoT solutions
.
Designing, coding and testing features of IoT devices.
.
To maintain database, files, monitor system configuration and assist on tracking the company's IT infrastructure assets.
.
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all IT systems in the organization and monitor the IT equipment.
.
Prepare system validation/ISO/GMP/Blueprint and operation related documentation of the system.
.
To liase with vendors for the purchase, repair and maintenance of IT equipment.
.
To manage Microsoft Active Directory and assist in data backup to prevent loss of information.
.
Involve and participate in IT projects, activities and provide insight into technical requirements.
.
To develop and supervise computer information resources, ensure data security, virus prevention, strategic computing and disaster recovery system.
Requirement

• 
  Minimum Qualifications : Diploma / Degree of Science Data Communication & Networking, or any other relevant field.
• 
  Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years in IT support of Manufacturing industry and infrastructure environment
• 
  Minimum Training / Skills: Hands on experience in ERP system, Applications, database system, networking and security, managining server hardware, virtue OS and experience in programming.
• 
  Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX and proven experience with OOP languages (Java,C++, VB.NET).
