Job description

• Monitor the operation of the networks and systems to ensure proper utilization of lines, h/w

and s/w.

• Tune networks for optimal system performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documents, drawings and system

documentation.

• Provide IT support for internal users and clients including h/w, s/w and networks ensure

security of all system. Perform system or data backup and recovery.

• Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Manager or

Project Leader or the Management.

• Coordinate with HQ support to creating email for new staff / terminated email for resigned

staff.

• Perform system auto backup email and recovery.
• Control internet user using fire wall system.
• Setup all in one network printer to allow user Print / Scan and to Email document direct to

their email account.

• Monitoring on paper & photocopiers usage.
