• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation and metrics to improve operational efficiency.
• Carry out research and evaluate new technologies that can improve existing services.
• Work together with other members of the MIS team to cross-train and provide backup to other team members.
• Perform system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning to track system performance.
• Develop system access criteria, monitor, and control all system access; and implement security controls to secure computer system and ensure data integrity.
• Provide IT support to the user community by interfacing with them.
• Administer and support company’s IT infrastructure, including end points, servers, network, applications.
• Enforce information security policies in the company.

Job Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Preferably working experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft Window Server/Linux, Firewall/Router/Switches
• Degree in computer science, IT or related fields.
• Intermediate in written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
• Practical experience with a variety of software applications is preferable.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
• Discipline, able to work independently with less supervision.
• High level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrate initiative to do work effectively.
• Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Continually build knowledge and skills to improve oneself.
