Manage IT Operations including service levels to the business, vendor contracts and procurement, server infrastructure, network infrastructure, backup strategies, disaster recovery plan and long term strategy for IT infrastructure.

Job Specifications :

• Manage the server and network infrastructure including backup and restore strategy, security patches, server upgrades /migration, networks, , etc
• Forecasting any needed improvements, budgeting for and implementing any changes
• Managing SLAs with vendors as well as vendor procurement
• Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) site infrastructure and procedures
• Provide application operations function to local and regional application
• Contribute ideas to improve IT processes / services
• Handling and maintaining IT hardware and software inventory
• Maintain documents and records of software or system changes and upgrades.
• Provide support to ISO related matters including procedural documents and relevant reports.
• Software and Hardware Vendors for procurement, implementation and maintenance
• Liaising with business departments to ensure service levels (SLA) are being met
• Liaising with functional department for guidance on area of responsibility
• Ensure Infrastructure solutions are scalable allowing the business to grow at a rapid pace
• Acquiring resources with the right skill sets and adequate level of experience
• Acquiring business knowledge across all areas of the company
• Collaborate with other markets and the regional team leveraging best practices for system implementation

Job Requirements :

• BS / BA degree or in a IT-related discipline
• Application Operations experience
• Infrastructure Management and Network knowledge
• 8+ years in Application / Infrastructure Operations role
• Experience in Microsoft technologies
• Experience in IT security and networking
• Knowledge in IT process automation and scripting (Powershell, Batch) is a plus
• Knowledge in ITIL / ITSM processes
• Automotive Finance Understanding, Outsourcing Vendor Management
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite , SQL, high level database knowledge
