• Minimum Degree

PMP or PRINCE certification will be added advantage

• At least 5 years or more of project management experience with a proven track record in software implementation delivery
• Preference with project experience in internet banking or mobile applications or digital delivery projects
• Results-driven, problem solver with structuring and analytic capabilities
• Strong communicator that can serve multiple functions as needed
• Team player, ability to build, lead virtual teams, embraces changes, drive new technologies, and mentor others. Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
• Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multiple asks and assignments simultaneously
• Possess strong written, communication and analytical skills, result-oriented, resourceful, independent and able to manage work within tight deadlines.
• Experience in handling of governance, audit and compliance for project delivery in financial/banking industry
• Strength in the areas of project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation, vendor management, collaboration
• Good knowledge of banking / financial services system
