Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 year(s) of work experience in IT support/in the related field.
Experience in software/hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in programming language (Java, PHP, HTML) or web system (AutoCount) is a plus.
Experience in system integration, technical specifications and system support.
Good analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.
Job Responsibilities (IT Support Assistant Manager):
Plan, install, set up and deployment of hardware/software.
Create and configure various systems user accounts.
Manage and maintain various operation servers including the Active Directory, File Server, E-mail, Application, Database and Web Servers whether it is on-premise or remotely.
Create and maintain the scheduled backup of data and system.
Monitor and update IT assets information (allocation/movement and disposal process).
Remains available during non-working hours to respond to and support critical service issues.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.).
Project management.
Job Responsibilities (IT Executive):
Maintenance of System Application, Business Application and Internet Application, inclusive of in-house developed and outsourced.
Ensure the smooth running of the system and minimize downtime and interruption remotely and on-site.
Providing end-user training to personnel in offices and their outlets and ensuring familiarization of users to new systems or features.
Vendor management.
Implement software applications following the corporate control manual.
Manage and update software documentation.
