IT Service Desk
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance or procedure explanation over the phone or email
  • Complete Daily Operations and manage all calls in accordance to the service desk process and procedures ensuring SLA is met
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
  • Walk the user through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system logs
  • Follow-up and update user on issue status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
IT Support Engineer
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
  • Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
  • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals
  • Completing job reports and ordering supplies
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
  • Few Contract position is available
