Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide first level troubleshooting of devices, maintenance of laptops and tablets
2.Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for users
3.Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues
4.Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users
5.Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues
6.Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents.
7.Monitor Service Level Agreement and provide regular reporting in timely manner to relevant party.
8.Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any IT related discipline
2.Have relevant experiences or hardware troubleshooting experiences

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
