• Responsible for office IT workstations, printers, telephony, laptops, PCs and computer hardware peripherals
• Ensure all day to day support for the office staff in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues and internet

connections

• Ensure employees have the necessary programs, applications and other technology they need to perform their

duties

• Video Conferencing and VPN Support
• Manage IT Helpdesk Service Ticket and Support System
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the IT department.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to CyberSecurity, Quality, Safety & Health and. Environment

related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company
