Job Description: • Provide user manual for any new function/system and store it through official cloud storage. • Suggest trusted vendor that able to develop system well required by WSB. • Assist on coordinating with verified vendor for developing system. • Responsible to ensure all system smoothness operation such as e-Mawarith. • Integrate, monitor and review all systems running in WSB. • Ensure the smooth running of the system development and digitization process of all the departments that have been set in accordance with the timeline, budget and SOP by ensuring key IT systems are continuously up dated and proper documentation maintained at all. • Ensure all users that request network accounts have the requisite security clearances, authorization, need-to- know, and are aware of their security responsibilities before granting access to the IS such as e-Mawarith. • Build strong relationship with technology vendors and to execute digital/e-commerce platform transformation roadmap to align to company’s initiatives. • Attend internal & external training as per identified and planned by management. • Provide end-to-end technical support for internal and external based on requisition and requirement through email, call and WhatsApp. • Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems including diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues and configuring hardware and software. • Implement the IT security strategy whilst protecting the business from security threats and cyber-hacking. • Carry out research and reviews and make any necessary recommendations to change policies and implement new systems to add value to the operations of the Wasiyyah group. Requirement: • Fresh graduate or Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support for system support. • Knowledge in Helpdesk System • Good in communication skills and manage Close tickets in a timely manner following incident resolution. • Write detailed knowledge articles for escalated incidents to aid colleagues in future troubleshooting • Take ownership of complete incident resolution with a professional, customer-centric attitude • Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. • Knowledge to Enterprise Technology Stack on Cloud environment e.g.: AWS. Contract employment with basic salary of RM2,200.00 and entitled for company benefits such as handphone claim, EPF, SOCSO, medical benefits and others.
