Job description
1. The Junior Sous Chef shall maintain a smooth functioning Kitchen Department as established by the Sous Chef and in conformance with Standard Operating Procedures. He must schedule, co-ordinate and supervise all hourly associates to ensure a high level of sanitation and safety in all food areas. The delivery of high quality food and achievement of budgeted or higher profit are top priorities.
