Job Objective

• Providing technical services to client

Responsibilities

• Install new products and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
• Educating the clients on how to use and maintain
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
• Order parts needed for repair if needed
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
• Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Ability to repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipments.
• Must be able to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Excellent communications interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for job.
• Ability to work independently without much supervision.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job which include bending, liftings heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to effectively manage time.

• Installing and assembling new machines and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance of machine to prevent machine failure.
• Maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing and testing machinery.
• Strong problem solving skills and creative thinking.
• Perform emergency repairs if requested by superior. (after working hours)
• At least have certificate/ diploma in electrical/ mechanical field.
• Fresh graduate are allow to apply.
• Willing to travel
• Can speak Bahasa/English or Chinese

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
