Job Responsibilities

• Receive customer, open job card, inspect and upsell PE products, ensure quality job, prepare invoice & collect cash/card payment.
• Collect customer data, like phone number, from where customers heard about PE and request customer for a better google review.
• Maintain clean tools, equipment, facilities, environment and general workshop housekeeping at all time.
• To carry out established plan, strategies, standard and policies of After Sales to achieve set objectives.
• To carry out service center activities to achieve set objectives in relation to market share and profitability.
• To monitor operational system and procedures with regard to workshop sales, manpower planning and etc.
• To supervise Service Center workforce technical and non-technical competencies.
• To carry out the implementation of standards and other programs related to the Service Center’s operations.
• To ensure rapid, needs-based solving of technical problems.
• To avoid repeat repairs and breakdowns through systematic diagnosis and job processing.
• To support the technicians in solving difficult technical problems.
• To conduct discussions with customers to provide advice or diagnostic assistance on technical problems.
• To supports junior technician in carrying out appropriate repairs for the customer by providing a logical and analytical diagnosis.
• To ensure a high quality of work by issuing clear work instructions to the workshop in cases where he is involved.
• To use all available systems and resources to quickly and permanently resolve any justified customer complaints.
• To provide technicians with advice and assistance in dealing with difficult problems where possible.
• To check the success of work carried out on problem vehicles he has booked in.
• To advise station manager when making new methods of fixing a concern .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
