RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify leasing prospects via canvassing or cold calling
  • Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution
  • Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants
  • Actively analyse and research market trends and developments
  • Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • Assist in the collection process

REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a tertiary qualification of 2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry, with market knowledge on retail performance, business opportunities and trends
  • Has strong retail contacts and good networking within the retail industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
