- Handle inbound calls and emails from overseas market
- Create and handle tickets pertaining customer cases
- Work closely with Sales and Level 2 support team
- Work in team to achieve target
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in shift
- Can adapt to Japanese working culture
- Has customer service experience
- Good attitude
