**Swing Shift (2nd shift)**

Qualifications, Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions will include but not be limited to:

• Must hold a valid California Driver’s License
• Before the candidates are awarded the position of Lift Truck Operator, they must pass the LTO – Checker course and demonstrate abilities in the following areas:

  Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions.

  Ability to safely, accurately, and effectively perform all tasks associated with Loading / Unloading and Warehousing.

  Ability to configure loads for legal axle/gross weight requirements.

  Ability to operate fork, clamp and pull pack lifts safely and accurately.

  Complete assigned department duties as determined by supervisor.

• Must wear required PPE
• Must be able to lift items 50lbs, climb heights and push items over 100lbs.
• Must be able to work 7 days per week, weekends, required overtime and other shifts when needed.
• Must be in good standing with attendance guidelines and safety record. Must not have a warning for work performance or safety in the last 12 months.
• Follow, observe, and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
• Must have demonstrated good personal initiative and positive team participation.
• Must actively support departmental goals.
• Must actively support companies Core Values.

The salary rate for this role is $26.16 . We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
