Responsibilities: -Incharge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing. -Ensure all daily shipment schedule are proper planned. -Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update. -Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure the smoothly arrangement of the shipment. -To train transport personnel in loading/unloading and vehicle operation procedures. -Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part -Prepare shipping document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and etc.) and liaise with shipping forwarding agent Requirements : -Degree in any discipline. -Able to work independently. -Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. -Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. -Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application. -Self-motivated and positive attitude. -High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality. -Good interpersonal and able to communicate to all level managements. -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. -Able to start work immediately. -Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
