Overview
So what is your role about?
- Co-ordinate & supervise all M&E Installation works.
- Troubleshoot, tackle & propose solution to solve site problems.
- Plan, monitor & control procurement, materials deliver & progress of work.
- Verify/quantities M&E Installation Services (Shop/As-built Drawing).
- Implement work schedule, enforce site cleanliness, housekeeping & safety.
- Ensure sufficiency, efficiency & quality of workforce.
- Monitor progress of work to comply with Work Schedule & client’s requirement.
- Maintain & update on M&E drawing list/details for construction.
- Co-ordinate & supervise own/sub-contractors workforce.
- Troubleshoot & tackle site problems.
- Maintain proper records of all investigation materials.
- Review, implement and monitor short term schedules (weekly).
- Prepare all the relevant inspection forms.
- Arrange for the required QC tests.
- Set out and check all alignment and offsets from Surveyor’s references.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction works.
- Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Group Hospitalization Insurance and Personal Accident insurance also included.
- Annual increment and bonus (based on performance) Is awaiting for YOU!!
