Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all electrical and mechanical engineering related work conforms to the overall design of the M & E consultant and architectural intent. Candidate has the ability to work independently to cross check all engineering drawings and architectural drawings for discrepancy and outstanding performance details.
• Responsible for overall electrical site planning, inspection construction activities, management, operation, prepare to provide all relevant site work report, site meeting, monitoring and directing the progress in the construction site such as delivery of materials, electrical tools and equipment.
• Overall, in charge electrical project by ensuring on time completion within the specified time frame and desired quality, budget set by the management with full compliance to quality, safety standards and conditions of contract.
• To ensure all the tests to be carried out as per specification, the Bill of Quantity and any test that is necessary for the full compliance of the M&E works.
• Completed the projects by establishing time to time internal training, guiding subordinate’s supervisor to work efficiently and independently.
• Providing engineering information by answering questions and requests (RFI)
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends (OM) for client submission
• Constant review with project manager / directors on the completed construction drawings for accuracy, conformity to standard regulation and able to prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment (material submission)
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction, and installation standards and specifications for M&E related calculation
• Coordinate and always follow up closely for all kind of M&E confirmation on site with main con/client/consultant and related parties.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, prime contractors, subcontractors and trade personnel. Attends job progress meetings as well provides detailed instructions to and interfaces with installers and subcontractors. Ensures that subcontractors readily understand expectations of the project
• Reporting line and work closely with Project Manager / Project director

Job requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Candidate must have experiences in electrical in construction industry**
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience same field duty in electrical building, preferably experience in construction of high-rise condominiums, hotel, commercial buildings and residential
• Computer literate-proficient in Microsoft Office / Ms Excel / AutoCAD / Ms Project, Sketchup
• Strong personality, initiative, committed personality as well possess strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills/ English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
• Candidate can be either male/female so long they server the requirement of the job experience able to work at construction site work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM5,000.00 – RM6,000.00 per month
Location: Penang /Batu Kawan
