We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful Jackson Blue Springs Recreation Area. As the Park Manager, you will be responsible for managing the park's staff, operations, and finances to ensure that we provide a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise park staff
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the park has the necessary supplies and equipment
• Manage park reservations, including pavilion rentals and guided tours
• Ensure that park rules and regulations are followed by visitors and staff
• Address visitor concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local community

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with staff management and supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
